Our recently awarded project is an exciting new venture for both KALAS and our latest client Mitraland. The Esque Apartments is one of the tallest buildings KALAS has built to date and is Mitraland Malaysia's first project in Australia.

We are proud to have competed and won against very high quality competitors such as Harris HMC, Hamilton Marino and Hacer.

The opportunity to work with Mitraland not only allowed us to establish a good relationship with an internationally renowned builder, but also opened the door for us to build a relationship with the appointed architect, Fender Katsalidis.

The project, located in South Yarra's busy Church Street, comprises 66 flats and a retail unit over four basements and 18 floors, with a contract price of US$27.4 million.
